What role does a local church play in sending members to work with Frontiers?

It is our desire that the sending church or community plays a key and integral role in this process. We see our members as part of the church or community they came from—we just help them get where they desire to go and serve. Church or community leaders are always asked to endorse their candidates, and we like to keep them involved in serving their members overseas as well.
