Frontiers has created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect, use and protect particular information on this website. It also explains how we protect your personal privacy.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy in order to fully understand your rights. Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect that most such changes will be minor and will  improve your privacy. Regardless, we will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, including email notification for certain changes.

What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information:

Our application forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, address, interests, and similar information. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as social security numbers. We do not share information with other organizations. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online or applications they have submitted.

Accessing Information We've Collected:

Upon request, we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Users can access this information or have inaccuracies corrected by emailing or writing to us.

Internet Protocol Address:

We collect an IP address from all visitors to frontiers.org. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems, administer frontiers.org, analyze trends, track users' movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve frontiers.org.

Use of "Cookies":

Frontiers.org does not currently use cookies.

Security:

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

All information provided to frontiers.org is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. We also protect account information by placing it on an offline server that is accessible only by certain qualified Frontiers employees who need to access that information for continued communication with you. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot completely ensure or warrant the security of such information.

Data Integrity:

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
