Following the example set by Christ and His apostles, Frontiers emphasizes the reproduction and multiplication of disciples … that Muslims might gain a greater portion of His inheritance.

Leadership for reproduction is perhaps the most complex of Frontiers’ core values.  It involves:

- Leading the way for others whose hearts are burdened for Muslims
- Developing other leaders by equipping them with the necessary skills
- Training leaders who are developing other leaders
- Serving leaders who are training other leaders to develop leaders

To these ends, Frontiers draws from 25+ years of pioneering experience to develop and equip aspiring team leaders. 

Team leadership skills and attitudes are passed on through purposeful mentoring on long-term teams and through short-term training programs – both of which provide specialized, hands-on experience and on-the-field exposure.

Other opportunities to expand leadership skills are available through partnerships Frontiers has established with organizations that provide training in specialized area.
 
Our workers are even given access to a dedicated website for sharing knowledge, tools, resources and more.

Leadership for reproduction is also an essential element for effective church planting.  Frontiers team leaders actually begin church planting with an exit strategy … for releasing leadership of the new fellowship to the Muslim background believers (MBBs) in that people group.

The church planter’s role includes training MBBs to lead in culturally relevant and easily reproducible ways.
