Join an Existing Team
Frontiers now has hundreds of communities actively living, working, and serving among Muslims in over 20 countries. There are many ways to serve in business, relief and development work, education, etc. For almost any occupation you perform in the US, there are opportunities to serve overseas. We have several ways you can get to the field without leading a team, and many existing opportunities available in various regions.
Our main objective is long-term service (over two years) in one of the following capacities:
- Join a team going to an unengaged people group. — There are new team leaders looking for people who want to join them in places where other teams have not yet gone. If this is something that excites you, please let us know and we'll get you in touch with a team right away.
- Join an existing team already on the field. — There are several teams looking for people with various skills and experience levels. Contact us to find out more about these immediate opportunities.
We also have opportunities for one month to two years of service so you can explore the long-term commitment:
- GAP — You can join others who “stand in the gap” for seven to thirteen months until a long–term team is formed by engaging the community through relief and development while laying the foundation of good works for effective Kingdom–building.
- Special Assignment — We can help you explore this long-term calling by placing you in aspecific location where you can use your specialized gifts and talents to help fill the needs of an existing team.
- Nanny/Home School Opportunities — You can join a team and serve the field members as a nanny or home school teacher.
