Grace Orientation

Grace Orientation makes it possible for Frontiers workers to exercise all of our Core Values.

That’s because every one of our other Core Values – The Supremacy of Jesus, Apostolic Calling in Community, Growth Leading to Fruitfulness and Leadership Resulting in Reproduction – is absolutely dependent upon a Grace Orientation.

This is the core value that helps us see people as God sees them:  helpless, wanting forgiveness, and needing Him.  Doing that requires bringing our thinking in line with God’s thinking … along with a lot of humility.

The effectiveness of Frontiers workers is largely a function of exercising the principles of grace.  Our teams are diverse – members often have different preferences, mind sets, world views and theological perspectives.

Their strategic and/or organizational styles are defined by the requirements of their particular field, the leader’s vision and strategies, and the team’s make-up.

As an organization, Frontiers seeks to be a non-judgmental community that affirms the value of each individual – all of this, while maintaining unity of focus on common goals, as well as agreement on foundational Christian doctrines and the authority of Scripture.

Simply put, following God’s plan of grace brings glory to Him! This is grace orientation!
